TITLE :

Part-time Research Assistant II

Major Duties:

The appointee will assist the Principal Investigator (PI) in a variety of research duties including but not limited to literature review, data collection, data analysis, and report writing that incorporates text and graphics.

Requirements:

Applicants should possess a recognised sub-degree in Visual Arts, Craft and Design, Fashion Design, or related disciplines; or an equivalent level of study.

They should also:

  • have experience in digital design, 3D printing and/or VR setup, preferably with experience of working with older adults;
  • be proficient in using digital tools, including Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Fusion 360, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
  • have a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua being an advantage; and
  • be a fast learner, able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility, and be detail-oriented.  

Notes:

(1) The appointee may be required to perform duties at different sites and work on Saturdays and Sundays as necessary.
(2) The remuneration package will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
(3) The appointee will work at the Chai Wan Campus.
