Major Duties:
The appointee(s) shall:
(a) Perform administrative duties and coordination work in one or more of the following areas:
(i) Student admission, student visa applications, administration and support services for both local and/or non-local (including mainland) students, assessment of academic qualifications, programme registration, and student record management;
(ii) Coordination of student support services, including examination scheduling and invigilation, processing of assessment results and issuance of transcripts and certificates;
(iii) Promotion of undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes and admission requirements/process at education expos and to education agents and collaboration partners;
(iv) Liaison with internal and external units including applicants, education agents and education institutions on student admission matters;
(v) Collection and refund of tuition and related fees and administration of Government’s subsidy schemes; and
(vi) Various systems set-up, implementation and enhancements.
(b) Prepare statistics and compile reports relevant to admission, enrolment and academic performance for programme planning and accreditation exercises;
(c) Supervise and co-ordinate the work of supporting staff and ensure timely and effective delivery of services;
(d) Assist in the formulation, implementation and review of operational and quality assurance policies, systems and procedures; and
(e) Provide executive and secretarial support to projects, functions and events, such as graduation ceremonies, briefing sessions and site visits for education agents, collaboration partners, students and/or parents.
Requirements:
(a) A recognised degree or equivalent qualification;
(b) At least 2 years’ relevant experience at the executive level, preferably in educational institutions or comparable organisations;
(c) Good communication, interpersonal, organisational and administrative skills;
(d) A proactive approach and ability to work independently;
(e) Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua; and
(f) Good understanding of the education system in Hong Kong, Chinese Mainland and overseas countries. Experience in non-local student admission and familiarity with non-local qualifications will be an advantage.

(4) The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties at different sites and outside Hong Kong occasionally, and work irregular hours, shifts and on Saturdays and Sundays as necessary.
(5) The remuneration package will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
(6) The appointee(s) will work at the Chai Wan Campus.
