Prof Kenneth Fok Kai-kong, JP, a member of the Legislative Council and a deputy to the National People's Congress. Prof Fok holds a Bachelor Degree of Economics and Management from Oxford University. Currently he is the Vice President of the Fok Ying Tung Group and serves as the Trustee of the Fundação Henry Fok.

Prof Fok is enthusiastic in sport development. He is the Vice-President of the Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China (since 2016). He was elected as the Honorary Deputy Secretary General of the Federation (2009-2016). He is also the President of Asian Electronic Sports Federation, The Federation of District Sports Associations of Hong Kong, The Gymnastics Association of Hong Kong, China and Hong Kong Sports Press Association, Honorary President of Hong Kong, China Skating Union, Vice Patron of Hong Kong China Dragon Boat Association, and Honorary Advisor of Special Olympics Hong Kong.

Prof Fok has been actively promoting youth development and participating in social affairs and has been engaged in youth development work since 2006. He held significant roles in many youth organizations and facilitated the plan of youth innovation, entrepreneurship and employment. He currently serves as the Vice President of the All-China Youth Federation as well as Tianjin Youth Federation, Permanent Honorary Chairman of the Hong Kong Youth Activities Committee, advisor of the Hong Kong United Youth Association and Honorary Advisor of The Y.Elites Association.

As an advocate and promoter of Hong Kong’s cultural policy, Prof Fok has actively promoted the formulation of sound cultural policies by the HKSAR government. He is also a member of the China Federation of Literary and Arts Circles, the Chairman of Hong Kong Art Development Council, Board Member of the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority and a member of the Culture Commission of the Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau, HKSAR.
