TITLE :

Human Resources Officer (Ref.: O/THEi-HRO/HRO/10/25)

Human Resources Office

Major Duties:

(a) To perform administrative duties in the following human resources and central services: staff recruitment and appointment, compensation and benefits, training and development, staff relations and engagement, human resources management information system, and office administration;
(b) To supervise and co-ordinate the work of supporting staff and ensure the effective delivery of services;
(c) To assist in the formulation, implementation and review of operational policies, systems and procedures;
(d) To undertake committee work in various boards and meetings; and
(e) To provide executive and secretarial support to projects, functions and events.

Requirements:

(a) A recognised degree or equivalent;
(b) At least two years’ relevant work experience at the executive level, preferably in Human Resources and/or in educational institutions or major organisations;
(c) Good communication, inter-personal, organisational and administrative skills;
(d) A pro-active approach and ability to work independently; and
(e) Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua.

Notes:

(1) The post is at the rank of “Officer”.
(2) Shortlisted applicants will be required to attend and pass a written test.
(3) The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties at different sites and outside Hong Kong, and work irregular hours, shifts and on Saturdays and Sundays as necessary.
(4) The remuneration package will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
(5) The appointee(s) will work at the Chai Wan Campus.
