LOU Kwun Ip, a Year 4 student of the Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Culinary Arts and Management programme won a Silver Medal at the Gourmet Master Chefs Global Challenge 2023, Grand Finale in China (Student Group Category) held in Dongguan on 7 September 2023.
