Chef Alvin LEUNG「廚魔」梁經倫, a two-star Michelin chef, had been so supportive and generous to nurture young culinary talents.  Chef Alvin was pleased to provide a Two-star Michelin Dining Experience to CAM final year students (14 students + 1 academic staff) and Prof Alan LAU, P/THEi and Dr Paul TSANG, Acting Dean/FMHGE at his restaurant named “BO Innovation”, located in Central on 15 September 2023.
