Ms Amy Hui is a Director of PKF Hong Kong. She also serves as Executive Director of the Greater China Region of PKF International and a Partner at PKF Shenzhen. Ms Hui has over 30 years of experience in audit and business advisory, specialising in serving multinational clients. Her career highlights include successfully taking 15 PRC companies public in the United States, acting as Partner-in-Charge for two NASDAQ-listed companies, and advising on group restructuring for companies preparing for IPOs in both the United States and Hong Kong.

Ms Hui’s expertise also includes corporate governance advisory and risk management for private companies, MNC and listed companies.  

Ms Hui holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with First Class Honours from King’s College London, United Kingdom.
