Real-Scene Game x Simulated City: Empowering Students to Navigate Their Path in Applied Science
THEi is committed to nurturing students as applied talents by emphasising the integration of theoretical knowledge and practical application, ensuring they can effectively apply what they learn. In an innovative move, the Institute introduced the “Simulated City” concept during the event, allowing participants to engage in a first-person perspective while completing various simulated tasks collaboratively designed by six departments and the School of General Education and Languages. This initiative highlighted how interdisciplinary knowledge enhances practical application, equipping students to address the evolving challenges of society.
Introducing New Programmes and Teaching Resources
During the event, the Institute conducted nearly 50 information sessions, including introduction to Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Electric Vehicle Design and Technology^ offered in the 26/27 academic year. This programme provides students with cutting-edge knowledge and technical expertise on design, integration and manufacturing of electric vehicles. Graduates will acquire professional knowledge and skills on project and quality management, industry policy, which are crucial for becoming an automotive professional, sustainable transportation planning and design of green mobility solutions.
