  • Dr Li has supported workforce development as Technical Advisor (Logistics Industry) to the Employee Retraining Board of the Government of Hong Kong SAR since 2018 and has also been actively involved with the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport in HK, holding positions as Chair (Scholarship) since 2018 and Member of the Board of Professional Qualifying Exam since 2021.
