This project designs VR scenarios corresponding to four core competencies, verifying their effectiveness in improving selection accuracy while combining talent screening with immersive training value. It provides a replicable VR application case for the EdTech industry, accelerating technology adoption.
- Identifying the four key competencies for new graduates: stress resilience, communication skills, teamwork, and problem-solving.
- Mapping the competencies into VR scenarios that simulate real-world situations, offering a novel and intuitive way to assess students’ abilities.
- Designing four VR scenario prototypes corresponding to the four key competencies based on surveys and interviews findings.

This project focuses on Teamtrics and targets project managers to:
- Explores the needs and pain points of project managers thoroughly through multiple research methods.
- Provides recommendations for software improvements by comparing primary and secondary data.
- Market analysis and competitor evaluation were also conducted by the project team.
The findings provide developers with directions for product optimization and marketing, while offering enterprises insights for system selection to enhance project management efficiency and competitiveness.
The study suggests targeting project managers in SMEs across various industries, positioning Teamtrics with a clear value proposition: “What others lack, we provide; what others provide, we do better.”

This study focuses on the consumer (C-end) market acceptance and marketing strategies for the DRESIO elderly-friendly digital health assessment product. Through quantitative and qualitative research, it identifies core user needs:
- Preference for mobile operation
- Emphasis on free trials
- Focus on product authority and effectiveness
- Recognition of experiential marketing
Based on these findings, a three-in-one solution: product optimization – authority building – experiential marketing, together with a profit model: free trial + tiered pricing + peripheral services, is proposed.

This research established and validated a chain pathway: “clarity of value proposition → stakeholder support → purchasing intention”, introducing digital transformation as a moderating variable for the first time in the marketing framework of cross-border HR SaaS, enriching B2B purchasing decision theory.
- Delivering a low-cost marketing plan for guiding hrATM’s mainland entry,
- Providing a replicable and measurable market entry model,
- Contributing a standard process of stakeholder collaboration and value delivery to the HR digital ecosystem,
- Serving as a paradigm for cross-border tech service providers.
The contribution is summarized as: theoretical pathway validation – market solution implementation – industry paradigm construction, yielding academic innovation, practical guidance, and ecosystem development value.

Title: Market Opportunities and Challenges for Laurry’s OCR + AI in the Greater Bay
Laurry AI, a Hong Kong-based company, launched an OCR + AI smart document scanning system to enhance data processing efficiency. However, the product remains under-standardized with a small market share. The project provides a clear path for the company to expand from Hong Kong to the legal industry in the Greater Bay, tackling profitability bottlenecks through three aspects:
- Driving the adoption of OCR + AI in the legal sector to accelerate digital transformation.
- Addressing lawyers’ pain points, leveraging RAG language for precise human-machine collaboration.
- Automating document processing to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and promote industry upgrading.
