Abstract
Known for its quality service, Hong Kong is recognized as a hub for both global and regional services, outperforming many other cities. Over the past two decades, Hong Kong has shifted towards a service-oriented economy and yet it remains to be one of the world’s leading exporters of consumer goods. On this note, Mr. Chung will share his experience on the DHL Founders’ values and why these values are very important for the younger generations in a service economy, particularly, in the era of emerging AI.
