Did you get a chance to visit the Lunar New Year Fair and soak in the festive vibes? A passionate group of Year 4 students from the Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Culinary Arts and Management programme formed the “At This Moment” team, boldly taking on a 6‑day real‑world market operation challenge!

Six students have turned their learning into delightful real products, featuring a creative selection of handcrafted French-style crêpes, along with signature drinks and soups designed by the team.

Despite the sweltering heat, the community continued to show amazing support, patiently lining up to enjoy the freshly made snacks prepared by our talented students.

At THEi, we strongly advocate that combining professional expertise with hands-on practice is vital for our students’ competitiveness. The Lunar New Year Fair served as a significant opportunity for these six students to put their theories into action and gain first-hand experience in a real workplace.
