In collaborations with the Bar Pacific Group Holdings Ltd, a kick-off ceremony on the "Industry-School Collaboration: THEi x Bar Pacific: Student-run restaurant" was held recently. It was officiated by President Prof Alan Kin Tak Lau to share this tremendous news to our valuable partners and the media friends.

Ms. Teresa Chan, Chairlady and Executive Director, Bar Pacific Group Holdings Limited, said the industry-education integration improves students' practical ability, and nurtures more talents for the industry.

Students from the Hotel Operations Management programme and the Culinary Arts and Management programme are going to participate in an unprecedented and inter-professional collaboration. From the pop-up restaurant's name, the menu, the food preparation, our students with unique backgrounds and talents will work together, and blending all ideas all together to run a shop which is offered by our valuable partner: Bar Pacific Group Holdings Ltd. 

In line with THEi's mission to nurture work-ready talents, this collaboration is taking our Institute to the next level with a significant step.
