On 23 October and 3 November, Dr. Irene Szeto brought a group of Retail Management students to attend an industry training session at A.S. Watsons on retail technology.  The trainer demonstrated the most updated POS system as well as sharing with them the latest retail technologies on RFID and O2O systems. The Omni- channel approach enabled consumers to enjoy shopping both within a digital environment and physical stores. The hands on training experience had really benefited our retail degree students to learn beyond the classroom.  Students were all very excited to operate on advance technologies and gave very positive word-of-mouth about the experience.
