On 25 October, Retail Management programme invited Mr. Devin Ip, Manager of CSL Mobile in Customer Analytics, to talk to our retail management students on “The Strategic Use of Big Data”.   Devin shared his practical experience in using data analytics for customer service design, market segmentation, and customer retention. The students actively involved during the Q&A session, asking about ways to use data analytics to support multiple-brand strategies in Hong Kong’s competitive mobile industry.  In the end, everyone who attended this Customer Relationship Management module was satisfied on what they had learned from Mr. Ip of CSL.
