THEi welcomes the 2026-27 Budget delivered by the Financial Secretary today (25 February), which includes measures to promote AI (Artificial Intelligence) training and develop Hong Kong as an international education hub.

THEi is dedicated to provide a future-proof, high-quality academic, vocational and professional education that aligns with the Government’s direction. In 2026/27 academic year, the Institute will launch the Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Artificial Intelligence and Enterprise Management, which provides students with theoretical and technological knowledge in AI, as well as innovative thinking for application in business management. With an emphasis on both academic and practical learning, it cultivates students to become professionals in digital transformation or AI system design.

THEi will respond to the Government’s alignment with the 15th Five-Year Plan, supporting the integrated development in “Education, Technology and Talent” of our country. The Institute aims to actively promote the “Study in Hong Kong” brand through close collaboration with industry, establishing Hong Kong as an international hub for high-calibre talents.
