Government Financial Assistance Schemes

The Student Development Office provides advice and assistance to needy students on their applications for financial assistance schemes administered by the HKSAR Government’s Student Finance Office (SFO). According to individual needs, students may apply for the following schemes:

• Means-tested financial assistance: Financial Assistance Scheme for Post-secondary Students (FASP)

• Non-means-tested loan schemes:
  • Non-means-tested Loan Scheme for Post-secondary Students (NLSPS)

  • Extended Non-means-tested Loan Scheme (ENLS)
